WOW! We got a blizzard here!  Snow drifts that are 10 feet or more on the plains.  Now, in the mountains, we expect that.  On the plains, we don't get that kind of snow.  It is nice though for the farmers out east.  Interstates and highways are closed.  Thankfully, we can still get out of our houses and get things done.  I think though I should go stock up on some groceries.  If we are snowed in we have almost no food.  We have another storm coming thru on Thursday.  I guess we will have a white Christmas this year.  It has been a long time since we have had snow like this.  I remember as a child we had these types of snow storms.  Since I have been an adult, they are a rarity.  My daughter wants to go outside and play in the snow. She wants to build snowmen and make snow angels.  Ugh!  even when I was her age I didn't like being in the snow.  I am thinking that Tucson sounds really good right now.
I have still been feeling pretty good.  Hoping it continues for a while. I need to make cookies and maybe some candies this week.  My daughter is so excited to make all these wonderful concoctions.
Hope everyone is safe and warm.  Have a great day!

We\'ve had rain here in Mo. for 2 days. It\'s so gray and depressing. If there is any snow we are stuck here and can\'t get up the hill to make it out because the county doesn\'t plow down here. We might get some snow by Friday so I\'ll probably stock up when I go to see the eye specialist on Thursday. That\'s stock up on groceries, not eyes. LOL

We will be getting rain in a few hours here possibly some severe storms. We hardly get snow here. When we do, people go crazy and buy all the groceries off the shelves. I\'m glad you are feeling better these days. I hope it continues for you. Have fun with your daughter making cookies and playing in the snow.
