Dealing nwith my Sister's failing health

I am feeling better as the instance of things are no longer there but whenever I have to thinkĀ  about it, such as dealign with an email, going to her house, even visiting her and talking to my brother, i have to hold back a panic attack. Visiting her house last night I did have a panic attack. I do not think I can deal with ... my hands are starting to shake right no thinking about this ... I do not think I candeal with moving out her things and moving into her house.

Lat night my brother called and just talked about his visit withi my sister. I don't really wnat to talk to him or hear about those things but it is nto a bad thing for him to do. He was saying tht she wnted to get out of thehospital and move into an apartment with a rommate, this is directly due to the talk I had with her earlier inthe day. I told him thta whentalkign to her about it I told her that it would mean thta she would not be able to go backhome, back to her house. and she seemed fine with it. he then told me that I shouldn be tlaking to her about not being able to go back home. I told he that she needs toknow what is going on with her. She needs to understand whta it all means. He just againsaid thta I do nto need to tell her that she cna't go back home. I siad Ididnt' need to anymore I already did. and again he said well when talkign to her, dont tell her che can't go back home. At this opoint I was getting frustrated and I siad I don't need you to tel me what and can and cna't say to her. I already tlaked to her, Idont' need to tell her any more unless she needs to hear it later. She needs to understand what is happenign, we cn'at jsut throwthese things at her al at once.

We had a bit of an argument again by him arguwing about having the argument not about the point of it, but he did conced this time, which was refreshing, and apoligozed for trying to tell me whta I can say.

I swear, if I can get thru this without having to talk to my brother any more than is absultuely needed, it will go much better. He is stil one of the main reasons for my anxiety, and for some reasan even after he has gotten much better, not as bad as before by far, he still does not seem to realize or accept that he is causing me any.
