ddmom is out of house
Yesterday I got her bed removed before we got home, and went to set up gs room as his very own again. Glad I never changed the Elmo scenes and wallpaper. He said EEWWW at the trash under the bed where it had been removed. He helped me clean it up and throw out the garbage and sort the toys. Then I ran the vaccuum. He was jumping up and down giggling. He loves the vaccuum. Then he grabbed his car bed and was trying to drag it. Of course it didn't budge, but he was grunting and pulling! I asked if he wanted to move it. He says "uh huh" I asked him where and he pointed to where the other bed had been. So I drug it over to that side of the room. He then points to where the car bed had been, and it needed vaccuuming also. He was pointing and saying "dirty dirty dirty!!!" He then points to the vacuum. At 2 1/2, he likes a clean room. Last night he fussed a little about bedtime. Then he throws his elmo across the room. I said "OUCH OUCH ELMO" he started giggling and couldn't stop. THen he went right out. No screaming, no battle. It amazes me how much better he goes to bed without her here. He wanted to fight with her at bedtime, she wants to argue with him . It ends up him crying a half hour every night EVERY NIGHT. It's so peacufull without her here. Can't wait to get home tonight!
