Day Two of the Move
Final day tomorrow but a very light day just a few hours of work and with only a few items were crated. Individually created crates. This was done a lot more in the past, but now it takes nearly an act of Congress to get it done.
Got my prescriptions today. It is always embarrassing to get a large bag of pills from the pharmacy (10 bottles). It is not like a civilian pharmacy where there are just one or two people near you, and you can leave quickly. For me over 100 people are waiting in the pharmacy, and you have to walk the length of the hospital to get out to the parking lot. I know that no one is probably watching; you feel on display every time. Oh, and the overpopulated pharmacy is normal, and the wait is about 80 min. It is a long wait and looks a little like going into a cage match with waiting numbers, but it is free.
Tomorrow will be the packing day and is typically the worst.

Hmm...so why not just take your RX's to a regular pharmacy and save yourself some of the hassle, wait and embarrassment?
I can but I have nine bottles, and there might be a significant charge. I have been banking pills so I am good for 50 days. The Walrus said that my prescription should be visible and refillable from the military clinic that I am at. Will try that in about 25 days. I still am in the military medical system and there is little cost ($20/visit, $30/specialist, $68/ER visit with admitting or not)
