Day 97

Back again for Day 97.. urges have come into play the last few days, but I've been ignoring them.  Reminding myself that I have a CHOICE - - it seemed when I was gambling I didn't even consider that, in my mind, when the thought of driving to the casino occurred.  Off I went - it was like I just followed direction of some sort of demon that had control over me.  It sure is a good feeling to know that I am the one in control of what I do, say, and all of my actions.
