DAY 31 . . . . other interests key

One of the critical keys to succeeding at this is finding other interests that are fun and fulfilling and take your mind off of the gambling!  Recently found a tap class with a great teacher - it's a lot of fun & have made new friends... also, have to practice daily, so I've made that a habit.  Somehow the muscle memory from doing this as a kid has kicked in. :] It seems like it's similar to typing, riding a bike, etc., because I knew just what to do going into the class.. very strange, but that's all I can attribute it to.   Age not a barrier - there are ladies older than me!!
