Day 25: Tuesday

Took meds at 10 last night, then had a hot bath, which went longer than usual. I got to sleep around one, but slept very lightly again. It might be time to up the ami dose to help with that. Or something else might need to happen. Too much ami and I'm near impossible to wake, so have to be careful walking that line. I woke at around 5:25 and did not fall back asleep before getting up at 6:15. But I was fairly awake, so went ahead and got up for work.
This has been almost a week since I got a really good night's sleep. Might be time to ask the doc about something to have on hand for that. I might try benadryl tonight, since my allergies are getting annoying anyway.
Despite the exhaustion this last week, I have made pretty good choices about my food and kept it to a reasonable amount. No noticeable effect yet, but still trying.

It\'s 9:10am and I am in desperate need of a nap. Not a surprise after these last few nights of poor sleep.

Aww, you poor kid... you\'re at work now? Phooey... workplaces usually take a dim view of naps for some insane reason (humans are MADE for naps).
I\'ve been having trouble sleeping well, or long these last several days too... Maybe it\'s something...? Cosmic rays? idk
Have you tried chamomile tea?

I wonder if it\'s something weather related that\'s keep us from sleeping well. The chamo tea can help me calm down when I\'m not sleep at bedtime, but it does very little for helping me sleep when exhausted. Maybe tonight I\'ll hit the sack early and see if that helps.

Hey, worrth a shot. I\'m a big believer that yes, we humans are hard-wired to get antsy and itvchy feet at the change of seasons -- winter to summer, summer to winter. We\'ve been basically, biologically the same for the last 200k years, and an awffuil lot of that time we moved between the winters camps to the hunting grounds and back again, over andd over. That\'s a lot of imprinting

Oh, my that sounds pretty bad. If I went to bed at 1:00, I think I would die. I haven\'t slept well for years, but seeing all of you putting so much into it makes me think it\'s time to talk to the doctor about it. Better providence tonight, dear Jenna.

The fog has taken over today. I am finding that when I\'m exhausted I am more likely to be cold. I was freezing during the division meeting this morning. Also some trembling, then pain, then hunger of all things. Honestly, I think it\'s more about the fact I was bored half to tears and irritated to be there that had me noticing every little feeling, kwim? That said, no work is happening today. I just cannot focus.
