Day 2: 3/15
I took the medications at about 9am this day as I got up earlier. I did limit myself to the one cup of coffee and that was consumed before 11am. No soda or other caffeine all day. I did notice that I was a bit jittery, but it was controllable.
Saturday energy: Was exhausted in the afternoon (hence the mocha). But felt energized in the evening (Probably the coke.)
Sunday--I was dragging in the afternoon. I made myself attend church and we went for lunch and to the music store after. I was walking heavy (plus the knee pain) during most of that. I sacked out on the couch in the afternoon. I tried to read my textbook, but it was too heavy reading for me to comprehend more than a section at a time. Cognitive synapses not firing.
Just before bed, Michael insisted on moving the couch. WTH. I should have gone to bed and let him do it alone, but his aggravated grunting would not have been restful to me. He hit me in the chest with the long cushion, too. (Not on purpose.) Knocked the wind out of me, but the pain subsided quickly. No noticeable effects Monday from the cushion at least.
