Day 18: Tuesday

Took meds last night and again this morning. Did not take the aleve-think I better go back to that. I did not sleep well last night, either. Couldn't get comfortable and my neck was very painful. Every breath was hurting my neck and shoulder. I moved to the couch where I can get better back support while I sleep and then I dropped off. 
This morning, pain is at a 7 in my neck, back shoulder area, and lower back. Fatigue is about 4. Fog is about 6.
