Day 16: Sunday
I took my meds last night, including the aleve. I had a bad case of insomnia. Couldn't sleep, couldn't get comfortable, so I got up and read my homework. Finally got to sleep around 3:30. This ended with me missing church, which is not a good thing. I *hate* missing church. I need that communal worship time each week to help keep me on an even keel. I forgot my meds this morning.
Today I went to mother's to see her, Andrea, and the boys. We went to a park (what? I had no idea we were going to do this. I was ill-equipped for it.) But we went and I mostly sat at the table and rested and chatted while the kids ran and played and hunted eggs. I know I'll be sore tomorrow, but it'll be okay.
Overall stress today was due to schoolwork. I completed my work with less than an hour to spare. Not going to do that again. It added to my fatigue. Overall level was about 5-6 most of the day.

FWIW, I\'ve had such a hard time remembering to take my meds, I\'ve entered daily recurring reminders in the calendar of my phone. That\'s helped me...
Sorry you missed church... That must be a good recharge for you. Perhaps you should gently remind mother and Andrea that you need to plan for \"outings\" like the park, lest you overdo and crash. You don\'t want to be overtired or sore if you can avoid it.
I hope you have a great day, Jenna,
Jack
Thanks, Jack! Yes, I think I\'ll let my mom know. Sis could, well I don\'t want to say she doesn\'t care, but well she has her own issues. She\'s what I call the ultimate \"can do\" person. She has MS and in spite of that she stays in shape, takes her kids to every known after-school activity imaginable, works full time and still looks beautiful every time I see her. She\'s never met a mountain she couldn\'t climb. I can\'t imagine what MS is like and she can\'t imagine what CFS is like, so we mostly agree to do our best. Now I know about that particular park, I\'ll know to request the other one next time. The other park is much smaller and no big climbing. I\'m a little sore today so far, but not horribly.
