Day 109

As the weekend gets closer, the thoughts of gambling again emerge... it's hard to believe because I can go from not having ANY thoughts at all about it anymore to having the urge again to jump in my car and go to the casino.  Knowing what I know!! Anyway, it is all part of the process - and just because I have thoughts doesn't mean I have to act on them... that's the lesson for me.  Determined to stay strong and sane. :]
