I woke up this morning thinking \"It\'s gonna be another one of THOSE days\" as things have been a bit rough lately, what with my back and lack of finances. On top of that, I was starting to beat myself up over not being able to kick the nicotine. I have cut way down, like from a pack a day to about 6 smokes a day.
But then I got peace and serenity in an envelope. A little card arrived in the mail, all the way from California to England, from my home AA group, called the Recovery Group. The card it\'s self was a reprint of one of the members paintings and a bunch of them had written words of love, encouragement and support.
It\'s great that little things like that can completely turn your mood around.
