dare to live your life!

My yoga classes have opened my body and mind.

I signed up for another class tomorrow and I will go

again on Sunday when the same class is offered again.
Going twice a week, so far, has been good. I might graduate to a third

if I can..

I just came in from a long walk. It's sunny out, blue skies and warm..at home

now I opened my windows.

As I was walking out there and I saw people riding their bicycles and walking their dogs..

I just thought ...all these people too are 'daring to live their lives'... I was inspired!!!

We all have difference as you guys affirmed in me on my last post...but for some reason that muddle through things - that gray area of when I have to start something

was hard for me to accept....and now I am realizing I too, can dare to live my life :)...I know some won't like it

and I am ok with that - and getting more and more ok with it.. bumping up against those who may not like whatever

they might not like. I can be responsible for this. Anyways, the walk did a world of good. Feeling great!

You’re doing a wonderful thing for yourself. I have to start opening my mind and body up. A walk sounds so relaxing, but I’ll wait until the warm weather arrives. I was recently taught to not say yea, but...when I want to do things, but I guess I did just that with thinking about a nice walk!

glad you are feeling better. I am jealous of your warm and sunny weather ;-)

Is there any choice we can make in life that SOMEbody won't disapprove of? Living for the approval of others blocks allot more bonding than it creates, even among those who wish only for my happiness. Those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Are there yoga meetups in your neighborhood? Great social networks have been built on less. Just ask a bar fly.

I like bars.

I definitely don't mean to slam bars. I enjoy them for a variety of strengths and haven't ruled out the possibility of reviving the sound/lighting engineer ambitions which introduced me to the insider view of that particular social network.

Still. . . It wasn't the most fulfilling or stable social network I've ever established. I lost all those *friends* for the crime of committing pregnancy. The net result is that I'll happily meet a friend in a bar, but it's not where I look to make a new friend.
