Dancing Queen
We went to ourĀ grandson's 3rd birthday party on Saturday morning. It was in a local park and all the little kids had a lovely time on the playground equipment and just running about.
Late Saturday afternoon we went to our niece's wedding and, of course, once the music got going, I had to dance, even though I knew my RA wouldn't like it. I took some painkillers and had a great time on the dance floor. BUT - boy did I pay for it yesterday!!! My legs had trouble walking but today they're quite a bit better.
It was worth it and I didn't intend to let RA stop me enjoying this special occasion.

Sometimes we need to just do things, without thinking about the conquences. I love that you had some fun. I like to dance too, but it is rare that we go anywhere, unless it\'s to a wedding like yourself. I think we have to grab every bit of fun and happiness that we can. I hope you\'re having a good day. Love, Wanda
H Angel,
i\'m really glad you had a good time but also so sorry you are in pain too, but having fun is so important and enjoying ourselves.. It was a nice quiet weekend for us, which we both needed so much, we went ot to dinner Friday and had a good time but Tim rested the rest of the weekend.. I hope you are feeling better today Angel, thinking and missing you very much..
Much love,
Becca
Dancing makes you feel free, im glad you had fun
Thanks Wanda, Becca and Rebel. It was worth every bit of pain just to prove I could still dance. If one didn\'t push past the RA wall sometimes it would be letting the disease be in control - just have to remember not to do it too often. LOL
