Crisis no.1

So life is playing me some uncertian cards right now. 
My gf wants to buy a house and have me move in next spring. Its a large size farmish piece of land, with a house, and land to rent, and land to build on. 
Its a big step, and its like totally scaring me.  I have told her this. I mean at first we were thinking about travelling to Alberta next year. Now all of a sudden that may or may not be off, depending on if we do the house thing. 
I am not sure if its too soon. I dont know what to expect. Its just scaring me to bits.
