Cried Today
I cried for a while today. My mom is going to get her car repossessed and wanted to borrow money from me. I couldn't do it. I wish I could have, and I felt so bad... I was crying and crying. I told her to talk to the bank and tell them to wait until Friday when she gets paid. I hope so... She needs her car to go to work, and this is going to be a sale week at her store so that's when she makes good money. She's sick, too, but she has to go in. I just feel so bad that I couldn't help her. it still hurts.. and I know it's going to hurt for a while. I'm going to see her next month and she might be moving... I hope not, I hate moving. I hate it with a passion. I moved around a lot as a kid and didn't like it then, and I don't like it now. I get overwhelmed and depressed.
It's just been a long day. I'm going to go lie down now and try and sleep.

I am so sorry larissa, the day sounds horrible. crying is exhausting and your moms situation is so sad. I hope the bank co-operates and lets the money bwait until Friday. is there a bus line your mom can take, it isn\'t perfect but it may bhelp ease the stress. I know what it is like to have to go in on those sale weeks no matter how you feel, I am sorry for your mom. I hope your mind relaxes and you get a good nights sleep.

I\'m doing a bit better, but still off and on depressed. And my mom found a way to keep her car, so I don\'t have to worry about that anymore.

sorry to hear about your mom\'s car. that is why i hate payments, even though i know every \"new\" car out there has payments on it. and when people pay off their mortgage, their next big payment is generally a first mercedes for the same amount per month as their former mortgage (though i found a 2 seater convertible mercedes recently that is around the same price as all the other cars i\'m looking at because it has high miles. tempting). my neighbor wants me to get new, because the monthly is less than 100 per month on a kia. and i\'m like. nope. cash only. i went through that already. ended up paying it double or triple for no reason, and got it repossessed \"by accident\" and luckily i had the cash to get it out of there. i\'ll never finance a car again and never buy an american car again. worst experiences of my life. both of them. the bank claimed to have sent me the money and a lawyer i worked for stole the check and forged my signature on it and kept the money. the money is still missing to this day. makes you hate lawyers.
there is a godfather quote about lawyers stealing more money as a group than all the thugs in our entire country put together. probably true.
how far behind is she? maybe she can make a deal. tell her to buy a japanese car with high miles next time, as long as you change the oil on those cars every 3 months, they run to 300,000 miles. its AMAZING, so much better than american cars.
I don\'t know what kind of car she has.. I have a 98 Cadillac and it runs beautifully. So it could just be a fluke with your car. *hugs* I hope you can get it all taken care of!
