CREEPY, CRAWLIES...YUCK!!
YUP, YOU KNOW FALL IS COMING AS THE SPIDERS TRY TO MAKE THEIR WAY INDOORS. I HATE, HATE HATE THEM. THESE ARE THE BIG ONES TOO...YUCK!!! ALSO FOUND AN EARWIG ON THE REC ROOM SOFA. THE DOGS PRBABLY DRUG IT IN ON THEIR FUR. THEY EVEN OUT RANK SPIDERS ON MY LIST OF HORRORS. ALSO BEEN BATTLING THE FRUIT FLIES. HOWEVER, I PUT A JAR OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR OUT AND I SEEM TO BE MAKING HEAD WAY WITH THEIR REMOVAL.
THE WEATHER IS DEFINITELY FALL LIKE TODAY, THE AIR IS VERY CRISP AND HAS THAT "FALL" SMELL. IT WILL SOON BE TIME TO TAKE OUT THE BULBS. I MAY PUT IN TULIPS AS WELL.
I WAS SUPPOSE TO HELP WITH THE YARDSALE AND BARBEQUE THIS MORNING FOR NICK'S CANCER FUND. HOWEVER, I CAUGHT SOME KIND OF NASTY STOMACH/INTESTINAL BUG AND I NEED TO STAY CLOSE TO HOME. I FEEL BAD ABOUT BOWING OUT BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO? I DID GO DOWN AND TAKE MY DONATIONS YESTERDAY AND HELPED TO ORGANIZE AND PRICE.
I SOLD MY KITCKEN TABLE THIS WEEK. IT WAS MAPLE WITH WHITE TRIM. I ALSO HAVE A VERY EXPENSIVE, DOUBLE PEDASTAL WITH SIX CHAIRS. SO HUBBY IS ASSEMBLING THAT IN THE KITCHEN NOW. IT IS LOVELY. IT IS A MEDIUM MAPLE COLR WITH TEAL TRIM. I AM GOING TO PAINT ALL THE TRIM WITH A NAVY BLUE PAINT. SOMETIME!

Also with the spiders (which don\'t bother me), come the mice, voles, and Oliver caught a mole. WHAT. I did finally get my friends out of the delete box. Seems the geek squad didn\'t do everything perfect. Or it was an accident on part part which I doubt. Have fun getting rid of bugs and painting. Those sticky traps work well and don\'t hurt pets. Oh for God sakes Deb, did ya have to???? I hate looking at tose things let alone KNOWING they are creeping around, lol. I have been battling fruit flies for months. I wont even bring bananna\'s in the house right now.
Sorry you have a stomach bug, those can be nasty even if it only lasts a day or two. Hope you feel better soon.
I smell the fall too and I am preparing like you........take out the summer bulbs and put in the spring bulbs......I put some mums out today, a local store had a great sale.

I\'ve been seeing more spiders lately, they do seem to be moving in. I do tend to not appreciate when they use our bed as part of their pathway to winter campping.
Thank god we don\'t have earwigs up here. I hate those things, they are ugly and creepy and just freak me out.
Last night when I was walking the dogs it was so chilly, felt colder then it was and I told Neal I would not be surprised to see snow soon, just had that feel and taste in the air.
Odd about that flu or whatever. The night before last I woke up with diahrrea and vomiting and was weak and tired all day yesterday. Felt very achy and all my joints just hurt to move. Every time I ate it made me slightly nauseated, doing better with that today.
Still I\'m very, very tired tonight and more then ready to get a long sleep if baby girl will let me
fall is my favorite season... i am sad that i wont be having it anymore... but it is what it is... i will enjoy the little bit that i will get to enjoy... hugs .love marie..feel better
