Craving

So, I realized that the craving means that I'm making progress. No craving means at this point that I gave in but the fact that I have this craving is good because it means I haven't masturbated so far. I can't say that I haven't watched porn at all but I haven't completely failed either.
I hope I get better soon. I think it's been three weeks. It will be ok.
