Crappy day

Today was crap. I woke up at 1 pm and still felt tired. I tried going back to sleep, but couldn't. Then we go to the store and I got too much food for our food stamps, so I had to pay some out of pocket. I hate doing that. I had to pull from savings. I still have some money on my other food stamps card, but that's for tomorrow's trip to the meat market. I just ordered some noodles as well. I have to get them online. They are called "Miracle Noodles" and they have no calories, no carbs, nothing. They are made of an undigestable fiber, so you chew them up and they just come out the other end lol. They don't upset my IBS, so I like that. Also, it lets me eat spaghetti and ramen. I love my ramen.
I'm doing a new thing now- no dishes left in the sink overnight. I've washed all the dishes, and now it's just trying to keep it clean. I cleaned the kitchen and I want it to stay that way. I lost a pound, and I think that was because I've been following my diet for the past couple of days without messing up. it's hard, but I can do it. Especially since I just went to the store and got food I could eat. I'm on track with my food for today.
I just feel like crap today. I don't know if I didn't sleep well last night or what, but I didn't even manage to get exercise in. I came home from the grocery store and napped for 2 hours. I slept in late, too, and I just want to go back to sleep. I might be oversleeping, or the depression is kicking in. I've been in a mixed episode for a while, and so the depression normally follows. I've been trying my best to keep it under control... I can't see my doctor for another 2 weeks. He's on vacation, and if you read my previous rant about how the other doctor told me to do whatever I wanted with my meds. If I wake up tomorrow with the same feeling, I think I will take an extra half of a Celexa. That was my old dose, so I know it's a safe dose to take. I have some spare, so I'm not going to run out if I do that. I have Klonopin to knock my mood down if the Celexa pushes me back into hypomania. This is the joy of being bipolar!

I hope you start feeling better its so hard when ya just dont feel great and not sleeping to good. I think im gonna check out the miracle noodles since they sound like it would be a good choice for gluten free.... when i have pasta i try to make it rice pasta or an alternative and sometimes i do speghetti squash and it works out fine. I think years of disordered nutrition has trashed my digestive system too. Some people say they use Kelp Noodles when they cant have gluten but ive never tried those.

I hope you are feeling better soon. Maybe a nap? Well in my book grocery shopping is exercise...I am always wiped out after so it must take some energy. Interesting about the noodles...I will also have to check it out.
Have a great weekend Rissa!

very interesting about the noodles, how did you find them? sometimes when i sleep to much i am more tired. as joycemarilyn said, shopping is exhausting, so consider that exercise, plus you are walking while shopping. feel better
