Covid-19: A Poem

I don't have formal training in poetry but here it is.

The doors have closed.

The streets are empty.

The Curtains have closed and the performers have gone home.

There won't be any parades anytime soon.

The parties have been cancelled.

Dating is done by phone or computer.

Full contact games won't be played.

All because of an aggressive virus.
