Corona-daze
I think to a certain extent we all are feeling like we're living in these tiny bubbles of protected
life because of the COVID pandemic. I find myself going commando from home to the Trader Joe's or
home to my parents' house. All the while, I am forgetting what it's like to embrace the day
and the life that exists out there. I've started to go for drives. With the windows open and the music
playing, destination unknown, it gives such a sense of freedom and that a "world out there" is great and I am a part of it.
I also have been stopping by the drive thru resto and picking up a coffee. I guess I kind of have felt that
there is this oger sitting on my head, stunting that spirit of my day and life - call it the COVID monster.
I don't know, I kind of just wanted to explore it a little bit - "what is that thing?" "why am I feeling so stymied?"
I'll go for a drive and embrace the day. I hope you guys can feel the freedom in some ways - to embrace your days - and feel a sense of spirit. Peace and have a good day.

Mark - I've been commando now for quite a while... since the start of the lockdown. I end up just wearing sweats. I don't feel like dressing up.
haha ok we're talking about a different commando I think.. but I understand!! :-)
The memories of having lived through extreme psychotic isolation and resulting psychotic breaks had me going commando from day one. I quite literally would rather die than **go there** again. I am terrified of the psychotic pandemic that is going to result from this Corona Cure. And you thought the flu bug was mean? ? ?
Just breathing. . .
Pax, peace, paz
