Cooked for funeral today - Now resting

I know, I shouldn't have but will no more.  I planned on announcing it at the meeting on Thursday that I could no longer work funerals, but one came up before I had the chance.
I had to take Erma to the doctor, too.  The lump in her neck is a blocked salivary gland, just as I thought, and is resolving.
The green words in the previous journal entry were the link to Grayson's video, but here it is again.

Debbie, I know that must be hard for you to do, but as you know sometimes we have to do those things when it concerns our health. Proud of you again for making those choices.

It is so hard to back out of things that you feel good about doing. Maybe if you make a list of thinks you would be willing to eliminate from you life in order to improve your health and then over a period of a week or two scratch them as you reasign them. That includes home chores. Good luck

Proud of you to realize that we have to change the way we have been in the past. I am still trying to learn that and speak up. Take care my friend!

Way to go Debbie! It\'s so hard but you are are doing it! Just because you can\'t do it presently, reassure them that you have high hopes to be back soon! We never give up!
