Conversation

I just had a nice conversation with one of the sisters. I'm petrified of conversations at times because every day it seems I am a new person having to relearn a sense of cognition. And yet the conversation went well ( I think?) and part of me is realizing that I can't give people the power to define my sense of value. I may want to have the respect and love of some. And be good to all. I  must also learn to not be so hard and judgmental on myself, to know that each person in the conversation is a human being and all that means, including me, moi:-).
