continued

I had my therapy today and I did 240 feet 2 times with out getting out of breath but still on 3 ltrs of o2.  We pushed the o2 down to 2.5 ltrs during my exercising and my spo went down to 93 which was not bad. My son John came over and helped Geo adjust the height on his TV.  My son is such a great guy, I am so proud of him. Therapist said I was improving but it sure is hard for me to tell.  I feel like I worked an 8 hour day.  Going to rest awhile then get ready for diner.  George is cooking.
