confused

I have had gs since October 06, 8 months now. Took a year to get him from foster. DDmom has done treatment plan except get a job to support gs. She will be 19 in August. I do think she is a good mom in almost every other way. She got pregnant last year, and lost the baby. Now she’s pregnant again. (supposedly marrying next month, honestly I think he’s an alcoholic, and can’t keep a job more than 2 months, he’s 26 so not an age issue)I made her move out about 2 months ago, (she allowed bf to sleep under the bed)but she’s over almost every day when I get home from work. GS has to go to daycare as she doesn’t have unsupervised until she gets a job to prove stability. My gs will be 2 in august, and has a good bond with auntie, ddmom, and myself. Court is in 9 days to end DSS case, I will keep custody, she still gets no unsupervised. Legally she could live with me. Reality she is verbally abusive to my household, and I just cannot support her while she refuses to work. Additionally, I resent her refusal to get a job while I pay 500$ monthly daycare alone. Big Question: Should I continue to allow her to come over every day, continue her bond with her son, or is this just dragging out the inevitable, and going to cause GS more pain in future when mommy can’t get it together enough to raise him? I see where some kids have to watch their moms raise another kid, without taking them, and they feel unwanted. The ending of the DSS case has really been making me think about this, as she would have to pay to go back to court to change the current status. She claims she is going to get him back. I wouldn’t fight it, but I believe it would be expensive. I would object to closing the case, if I really thought she could get him within 6 months. Instead I see her most likely on bed rest, or dealing with a newborn. Leaving me with pointless DSS hassles. On another note, I am terrified DSS is going to take the next baby. Financially I can fight no more. I can’t quit my job for a newborn either. The paternal grands could possibly take that one, if they would. However, my other dd points out their son is an alcoholic who can’t keep a job, and has to share apartment with additional drinking buddy. They seem ok on the surface. Ex-air force, stable jobs, big house. I don’t know if I’m just in denial about her ever being ready, or need to give her more time. I am just completely confused.
