Confession Wall

At my school there is a confesstion wall in one of the girlsbathrooms where people write things that they can't tell other people without being juged. Today I wrote on the wall and had this long paragraph about how I have been cutting since I wasin 8th grade, and how this past new years I was sexually asulted by my boyfriend at the time. I also wrote how I have become sober because of how I am sacred to OD again... When I was at my lowest point in my life so far I was high on molly and OD and none of my friends did anything. I don't no where I would be if Vanessa wasn't at the party she is the only one who cared and still cares.

It was very brave of you to write on the wall your inner feelings about what happen. Now others know. It is a great step for you to begin healing. Keep a notebook with you at all times. When you feel these feeling creep up on you write them down in your journal. I have been keeping a journal for years and it has helped me tremendously during my healing process. Stay close to your friend Vanessa. She is your support system. These are two important tools to have. You are in my prayers.
