Competency test glitch

Today I got another email assigning me one of the same tests I took yesterday for the job I'm applying for. I went ahead and took it again, and I failed it horribly. Of course I failed it! I second guessed myself and started to cry. I thought it wasn't fair because yesterday the computer told me I got 80% on it. So I called him and spoke to him on the phone expecting to hear him say I only get two shots to take it; but instead he said that he was sorry the computer said I got 80% when I didn't, and then he laughed and said I must have been pretty pissed off when I took it the second time. Then he told me not to worry that he can't give me the test again today because his computer locks up, but tomorrow he will let me take it again and he wants me to call him so he can go through it with me when I'm taking it online.
