Compared to Japan, my life is great!

Compared to Japan, my life is great!  I am alive.  I have not experienced an earthquake along with a Tsunami.  I never want to either.
My daughter Lisa and Grant have their two apartments up for sale and want to purchased in the Morgan Creek area of Surrey, BC Canada.  They live in Richmond, BC Canada in the same complex as my Dave.  It is really convenient especially when I need to babysit.
Don is coming over for me to do his simple income tax.  I got Lisa and Grant to take their income tax in as I could not do Grants.  They did.  Both of them get a refund.
Dave and I were talking briefly about merging households.  It will be down the road but at least we are talking about it.  Tuesday we said soberly that we loved one another.  I knew we did and Dave knew we did.  We just had to verbalize it.  I do not like how people use the words "I Love You" so carelessly as if to day "hello."  I disagree with the over use of I Love You.  When you over use it, it is not special or doesn't mean anything anymore.
I am still getting my resumes out.  I wonder if it is my age "55" and there is discrimination only the companies cannot say it.  I see ads for mature people, which is me.  There are jobs out there but we just have to look that much harder.
I am in God's hands and He has worked the details of my life out already.  I just have to see how it unfolds but keep on living my life.
Dave took one week holidays off work.  He gets five weeks of vacation per year.  I asked him to take me home so I could use the computer, get my resumes out and have a bath.  It is nice to have some alone time when you are in a relationship or married.
I have everyone is doing great.  I don't write my journals as much anymore but still enjoying chatting with the Daily Strength friends very much.  You are all so important to me and in my life.  I am glad you are here.
With much appreciation from Diane Baillie
