Coming Out

So i havent come out to my parents yet because im worried that they're gonna hate me and not accept me for this lifestyle choice. until today. i went to sit with my parents and my dad said 'its about time you got a nice fella' but then he said 'as long as its not a girl'. that made my heart sink and i gave a nervous laugh and looked down at the floor. kind of a give away. but then my mum suprised me. she said if i did decide to be with a girl it wouldnt matter because im stll their daughter and they would still love me just as much. this made me so happy :D :D i know it would be a shock to them but they would accept me eventually. this was a huge breakthrough for me. i think they've guessed by now that im not straight, i mean im not exactly the girliest girl at uni haha. but this made me so so relieved. now if i decide to be in a gay relationship i know my parents will try to accept it.
Happy Ell!!

So, for you, did you really decide to live this lifestyle or do u believe that you were born this way? I think as a start, you should come out to your mom at the very least, because from this entry, I really do think that she\'d be supportive, and in the mean time, wait until you feel comfortable telling your dad. I am glad to see that your experience, wasn\'t bad. Hang In there, and Remember, I am here if you ever need to talk.
