College is Busted!
Okay.....
Went to the therapy assessment today. He said the biggest thing for me is being able to speak in an environment in which I am genuinely listened to and taken seriously. He thinks this college shit is just as fucked as I do. He also pointed out that they are NOT allowed to force someone to go to therapy every week as that is at the digression ONLY of the evaluating physiologist!
YES, the college BROKE THE LAW with an ILLEGALLY notarized document! Here's how folks:
Getting a document notarized means:
That you have proven to the notary who you are, (I didn't)
That you sign a document in the presence of a notary public, (they were in a completely different section of the school and I didn't even see who they were)
And that you are signing the document voluntarily. (I wasn't)
Be ready to present valid identification to the Notary. This may be a valid ID with a photo that was issued by a government office. (Someone else had my ID and gave it to an unknown party)
The Notary will ensure that you understand what you are about to sign and can attest to it. (Notary was not present)
The Notary Public acts as a witness while you sign the document. (Notary was not present)
Some documents cannot be notarized. These include separation agreements or agreements that fall outside a notary’s area of practice. In these cases, seek a lawyer’s advice. (I don't even know who it was)
Aside from verifying your identity, the notary is expected to note that you are signing a document willingly and not under duress or coercion. He must refuse to validate your signature if coercion is used. The notary must also ensure that you are in a stable mental condition to truly understand what you are about to sign. This means that he should refuse to notarize your document if you are signing it while you are medicated, intoxicated, or unable to understand what is happening.

Fuck collage i\'m in collage my self , but in my country - middle east - i dont fully understood the situation for us we have different methods of screwing people up

The problem is that I signed it. But it was when I had 1 hour of sleep within 5days, I was heavily medicated, they manipulated me knowing I wasn\'t mentally competent enough to. They didn\'t do an evelauation or have the notarizing party even present. Plus, they didn\'t even tell me it was a legally binding paper. They forced the whole situation. I\'m swinging hard. I\'ve got the president of the school involved right now. How does your college fuck with you? For higher education, they are shit!
