College In The Wrong!
5:37am and I'm still awake. Its not the insomnia. The way in which the Dean of Students spoke to me is still echoing in my mind. Who speaks to somebody like that? I can be sarcastic at times but I would never ever speak to somebody the way that he did, if I were in his position of power. But then again maybe his position of power is why he feels he can get away with speaking to people the way in which he did.
And Asylum? As somebody with her job, I would have stood up for somebody in my position. You don't speak to a normal person with such abusive context, let alone someone whose already struggling.
Its sad when someone who isn't "supposed" to listen, is the only one who will listen. Even if Rexy doesn't understand fully, she did what she had to do, but this still feels like hateful revenge. She shouldn't catch shit but I bet she is. I knew she'd convey the message but I didn't think I would get an incident report out of it. There wasn't an 'incident' to even get reported.

I didnt break down in class or in a hallway, and I didn't break the law. I tried getting ahold of Asylum several times and I'm not speaking to a male about my issues. have you tried going to school at night or after 4:00 p.m. then you only have to go to school ONE night per week for each class. it usually solves a lot of crap for everyone, but no one discovers this until their second or third year. its a good way to avoid ALL the drama. the deans etc., are gone by then because they leave at 5 most days. et cetera ... just saying.
hope it works out for you. once college because 100% academic and nothing else, its actually a lot of fun and very interesting. generally its the drama or the social crap in general that everyone hates and needs to find a way to avoid.
