CLIDAMYCIN?!

Hello all! 

I was recently diagnosed with HS a few days ago. However, I have always had these painful, embarrassing lumps under my breasts, bikini area, and between my butt cheeks for some time now. I was put on Cephalexin and Bactrim for a week and my newest bumps started to heal. I also just got Clindamycin 1% gel to put on them but I am little worried. Have any of you used this gel before? I feel more comfortable asking you than my doctor because she is not at all familiar with this skin condition. Also are there any natural remedies for this? Will I always have discoloration in those areas? I would love to talk to anyone here for support! Thank you!
