CLEANING FRENZY
I AM GOING ALL OUT THIS MORNING WITH THE DOWNSTAIRS HOUSEWORK! BELIEVE IT OR NOT HOUSEWORK MAKES ME FEEL BETTER ONCE I GET MYSELF MOTIVATED TO DO IT WHEN I AM IN A SLUMP. I FIND THAT IT OCCUPIES MY MIND AND STOPS THE THOUGHTS FROM RUNNING THEIR MARATHON. OF COURSE, AFTER THE FACT, I GET TO ENJOY THE PLEASURES OF THE SIGHT AND SMELL OF CLEAN. MY DAUGHTER HAS ONE MORE LOAD TO TAKE AND IT IS ONLY ONE BIN. I WILL LEAVE THE LIVINGROOM WHICH IS WHERE HER STUFF IS UNTIL IT IS GONE.

I love this entry, especially the \"hourglass\" quote. So, so true. I love house cleaning too. I feel the same way you do. It keeps my mind and body busy and I so enjoy the clean of it all when done. My only problem is the frustration that comes from my four boys trashing it.
I am upset with them all again this morning. They are sleeping, I am working, ugh!!! Lately, every time I try to enforce something I get a huge argument. Begnning to feel like I want to have my own place again....

It is amazing how such hard work makes us feel better. There is something really rewarding that no matter how you work when you sit down and look at the shinning glass and wood and the smell of cleaning products (special ones for no migrianes). I love cleaning. I used to be able to do 12 rooms in one day, now it is 3 rooms a day, wonder what happened. Maybe I am cleaning better,Naa. I am happy for your pets to be set free and you too. Maybe the new situation and cleaning you will get a boost and feel much better. We just got plowed, over 12 inches. I had a p-doc appt at 12:00. I called and asked for a phone appt and they said yes. It was just for a med adjustment and I think we can do it over the phone, we will see. Besides the fact she had canceled all her appts, pretty sure she lives in the country to and is single, age about 75 but looks 60. Ok rambling. Get cleaning and do a good job or no allowance. i also love housework but i am unable to do it.. i have a lady who comes every other week to clean and i fill in when shes not here.. but she most of the cleaning.. but i love a good clean house.. and i used to love doing it... hugs ..marie
