Chronic dissatisfaction
I am learning to parse the difference between momentary discontentment and keeping relatively positive about things. I realize I keep to myself mostly, I have a small and quiet life, because that is what I like and yet I still aspire towards have some bigger goal and occupation. If I can’t find what that is at times and my sense of discontent grows greater and builds on itself a sense of woe but I am learning I can shake that off and stay positive on the next call of action and responsibilities. I know that there’s no magic bullet or choice of occupation that would scare the blues away permanently but I still think there’s something out there that I could devote sometime to that would make me happier... fulfilled. I think rather than knowing it all at once I think it will happen in increments and be for me about managing that growth process and path.

Sorry I feel like I sound like an a-hope here. I am just lonely and reaching out to talk about the things on my mind.
Chronic dissatisfaction? ? ? Hm-m-m-m-m. . . Could that be a synopsis of the entire human history? Could summarize the story of Adam and Eve as easily as the history of human warfare and consumerism. Maybe. . . At least as easily as we could call Pollyanna an a-hope, I s'pose.
