Christmas Day

It's so unfair to have an episode during Christmas.  I've had other Christmas' ruined.

I've been realizing some things.  Many of my fears are from jobs I've had.  The one reason I afraid of paperwork is because of my mean boss, Jerry.  That "kid" at housing is the other reason.

I don't like having my hair cut was because of my mom.  She had  my hair cut all the time.   She thought if it worked for her, it would work for me.  

I've had a traumatic life.  It shocks me how much I've endured.
