Christmas!
Dear Kitty, I'm sorry for not writing for so long; I just forget to write in the holidays! Anyway, since I last wrote, quite a lot (well, not that much, but there you go) has happened: - I am now fifteen and Hector is sixteen - Christmas has come!...and gone... - It is almost the start of a new year - I now have ten mangas and an iPod - It's almost the start of term! So, big thing: I'm a whole year older! I don't feel much different...and I still look like a twelve year old...but there it is! Getting home was great; it was the start of December, which is the HUGE party month for my family. We broke up on my brother's birthday, so we had one party then, then another three days later for me, and then one on Christmas Eve with my second cousins (one of whom I have sorted out my work experience with), and then an absolutely massive one on Christmas, and then another one on the twenty seventh for my sister's birthday! It's New Years the day after tomorrow, so we're playing chocolate Backgammon (don't ask me why...) and having another party... Anyway, my birthday was great; I got a text from Charly at one in the morning because she was in China...but I couldn't sleep anyway - I think I'm getting too old to get that excited about birthdays anyway, but oh well - so it didn't matter. I also got texts from Claire and Hector, and Fenny rang me to sing Happy Birthday in the morning as she always does. I got lots of Facebook messages too from people, so I feel very loved at the moment. Christmas was fantastic too; I hadn't seen Charlotte (the person I'm doing work exp. with) since I was about six, but we hit it off right away! Then, as we were up in Oundle for Christmas, Fenny and Pop made it really special and it was all just so much fun! Cecily's now twenty one, which seems so grown up to me! It's amazing how she can be that old and still be my sister! She hasn't changed; we still knit together and watch soaps (how productive...not). William's thirteen, and just as annoying as ever. He'll hopefully be comeing to Oundle next year...I hope that he's alright. But people have said that they'll look out for him, so it'll be fine, I'm sure! That's all so far! Gosh, what a lot of news! I'd better stop; it's almost tea time!I'll write soon!Lots of love, Me xxxxxxxxxxxP.S. Hmmm...can't remember how long it's been. But on reflection, and on a completely different topic, I am 'scrapping', so to speak, the last idea for a book. It was shocking, rereading it! Ma (oh well); I'll stick to drawing manga - it's more fun! And I've really got to stop speaking in Japanese (but thank you, Bridget and Cait for the book; I love it so so so much!)
