Chinese food principle

A therapist I had, a long time ago, once or more like several times had encouraged me to use 'the Chinese food principle' when dealing with a problem or issue. What she meant by that was to break apart or break down the issue into small 'bite sized pieces' so it was more easily managed. I was reminded of it today and it's really helpful. I may not have all the answers I'd like today but I've got somethings managed and taken care of and will continue to moving forward!:)

Two rules of life:
1) don't sweat the small stuff
2) it's ALL small stuff if ya break it down far enough.

Onward through the fog. . .
Pass the rice cakes.

Mmmmm. I love Swiss cheese, ML.

This is all very true, Mark. One thing at a time, one day at a time.
