Check it off the list and keep resting
Saturday, first anniversary without him, I cried like the first few days after he passed. It was exhausting. Yesterday, his work memorialized him yet again. It was sweet. And I wasn't the only widow to be honored, which was nice. So the weekend was hell. Pure hell for someone trying to move forward and get a grip in life and sense real joy. I got alot of grieving out and it exhausted me. So today, I'm down for a while. Rest my mind and my soul and wait for the energy and motivation to return. At least I have peace. Although, I did forego some responsibilities in order to grieve and take care of myself. I hope people understand.

I agree that taking care of ourselvselves is a top priority! My husband did not approve of multiple piercings in a woman\'s ears, he thought it was \"pagan\". After he died I went and got myself one more piercing. It did alot for my morale!
