Change of Phone Number

My sister called me tonight, for like the first time in a month and a half.  She called to ask for other family members nimbers because she had lost them.  She was calling others to tell them that she had changed her phone number.  A step in the right direction she called it.  Said she was trying to change...yet again.  Now, do I believe her?  No.  Should I?  I don't know.....  She relapsed, because that was such a huge suprise...she went to the restaraunt where our mother works, made a scene(not that she was aware she was making one), and then claimed she was still clean and that people were making up that she had relapsed.Children's Services no longer makes her take drug tests.  She thinks it's because they think that she is doing oh so much better.  She's not.  They are giving up hope, finding permanant homes for her children that aren't with her.So she changed her phone number....can I believe that June has changed with it?
