catching myself from going with the misleading thoughts
it's another good day - thankful!
thankful because of what my therapist relayed to me
last time we talked...about when being tired
that can bring on the paranoia and stuff.
I worked today and at the end of the day when I got
into the car I started to have paranoia about things -
people in my life - and I recognized - it was at 'a distance
enough' now - for me to say to myself - "i am tired'
your body, mind needs to regroup.
so I started to be above it
I called my Dad and we talked about a lot of things.
just relaying good news and what we've been doing
back and forth - and I miss him.
but I realized as we both talked that we both like
to stand in the spotlight sometimes - and it just
seemed mutual - we all get our time in the sun
when it's our turn to speak -
I guess this sounds really selfish of me maybe?
or as my therapist just responded in an email 'not selfish ! human!
it just kind of gave me 'consciousness' about
my own disposition when i talk to him and others,

It's good that you were able to stand back and see that you were tired and gave yourself a break.
Hola Marcos,
I just wanted to let you know I can relate in my way. I was experiencing some paranioa this week about some stuff … it’s a long story I won’t get into it too much. But today I realized a lot of it was just that … anxiety & paranoia. I know our issues are a little different in ways but in other ways actually a lot alike … so thought I would just mention it so you don’t feel alone or are too hard on yourself thinking you’re the only one or something. (I hope any of that made sense)
Big hugs from me & Baby <3
thanks becky and lil missy!!
