Catching myself
I'm at work, waiting for it to start.
I always get here early.
My mind is badgering me today but I'm not going to listen. At least I was listening and was 'buying into' that today was a different kind of day with no kind of salvation. I caught myself though. I'm reminding myself to remember the work ahead and the grounding in the here and now.
