Cat Prides

If I don't involve Blue enough in my routine he usually starts to meow to get my attention and then leads me to the bedroom and bed. He jumps and likes me to lay next to him, like in a cat pride.  I can watch tv or be on my phone or whatever but he likes me to be on the same level as him. Just hanging out. I pet him every once in a while as I lay here with him. I'm thinking I should offer him a cat toy.
