Caregiver late again, sigh!

After 2 weeks of being late, mom's caregiver was late again this morning!  She doesn't seem to understand that I'm paying her my salary so I can go to work and that I have responsibilities too.  I said to her that I'll have to find somebody else - hope she doesn't treat mom badly because of my comment!
