car accident

I was driving home from work yesterday in really hard rain.  This was scary enough mind you.  I made it to within a block of home and was stopped to make the last left hand turn onto my road.  At the time, there was no one behind me, but a lot of oncoming traffic that I was waiting to clear.  Next thing I know, I got hit so hard from behind that it pushed my car all the way through the intersection and at least another 10-15 feet behind it.   Being 6.5 months pregnant, it scared to crap out of me.   I ended up spending the whole night in the hospital -- first in the emergency room and then in the maternity ward to make sure the baby was ok.  Fortunately, the baby seems to be fine.  I am having some pretty bad neck and back pain mind you.  My friggen insurance company didn't bother to call me back -- which I am totally irritated by.  So much for the great service they promised.  Ultimately, it is going to be the other drivers fault, but that doesn't help me for now with the pain that I am having or the getting my car fixed.
