I thought about all the confusion and yearning within me this morning. It was a little more intense than usual. I thought about it and marveled at those who ‘stay on track’ in life. I then wondered how they all did that? …and then opened my eyes and looked around at us and indeed that is what each of us is doing. A moment of peace. Sending love and thanks

Sorry Arfie, individualsare individuals, but I have been dominated and stunted for most of my life. I am taking my own individual path in healing.
