just cancelled my dentist appointments for today. sure why not........feel awful calling them to cancel.

i can feel autumn coming our way......feel the earth beginning to cool.
it's been a skippy week ......do something, wipe out, sleep all day......do something, wipe out sleep and sleep some more. ugh.
hoping to take a shower later.......right now i just wanna sleep and sl eep and sleeeppppp somemore. thinking of you friend......praying for you and missing you like crazy!

Ruthie, feel awful period - that sounds like my theme song these days so I understand you canceling the dentist appt. I have an acupuncture appt in just over an hour. Staying at home sounds like a better option but I'm going because I need that treatment.

Hi Ruthie. I'm crashed in bed and just cancelled my dentist appointment too. It was my birthday yesterday and we went out and I pushed my body. Made it obey and today I must pay. I can't move.lol! After forcing myself to walk more than I have for ages , my grandson woke me up at 1.30am and I was so exhausted that I stayed awake for the rest of the night. I had adrenal tremors and just could not sleep. Had 3 hrs only.
So I'm wrecked.! Bummer about the dentist too.
I wish I could sleep during the day but I never can. We spell cancelled with double l here. Blah blah..will have to stay here all day. Wish I could sleep like you do ....Ruthie blue eyes.
