Can't Believe I'm Doing This
Well, it's official. I'm on my way to home ownership. I've put up the earnest money and signed the paperwork. I've never wanted to own a home in my life. I've always liked the idea of moving, so I've lived in apartments. It's so scary. I'm used to just picking up a phone when I need something done. Apartment living can spoil you. Now, I'm thinking about things like what to do if something happens.
There's a fun side too. I get to decorate it the way I want. And it's a larger place. Wow, I can't believe I'm doing this.

You will embrace owing your own space. No more thoughts of moving in with your father to take carw of him, no more thoughts about hanging pictures,painting to suit your taste etc. How exciting for you. Congratulations on being a home owner. Is it a house? How many levels? Is it a rancher or a two storey? Decorating is fun so go with it! What made you go from apartment to house. I love living in an apartment for one person. It\'s still in Smokey\'s name - it\'s a long storey but short of it is he died without a will and had two daughters. I have life interest. It\'s good for one person. I lived in a townhouse which is the best of both worlds of owning a house or apartment. I like that the best. When do you take possession of it?
