can i see beyond my nose?

sitting here. had a morning of activity - woke up, washed up, went out for coffee, took my vitamins, went for a walk

read emails, responded to facebook, manicured my nails, wrote in my journal and then just started to slow down...there wasn't much left to do. I started to depress - but I feel like what this past day has taught me is that I can't expect 'it all' to feel good.

I don't know what to do with myself next - but there are things I could be doing...can I see beyond my nose at moments like these?

It surely is hard - and maybe at those moments it's time to parse down - readjust - and see the smaller - piecemeal reality of things I could do -

I think I will go to the bank and I know I have to buy Christmas presents - and I ought to look for a fulltime job - I can see those tasks - to decide on where to place myself for work ...ok gotta go.

You were really busy this morning. I think it's time for you to relax and recharge. Don't want to overdo it. Do you want to work full time or do you have to? I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do.

ditto. many many times, like today, I got things done that I had to do, errands mostly, visiting some neighbors, etc. Then? Well there are sooo many things I "should be doing" ~ I press my own delay or ignore buttons....it's okay though. Like beckyp said take a break, or not. But, definitely be nice to you and know that you do not have to be busy all the time...really.:)

Thanks Guys! I worked in some break times, and then had lunch, some time chatting, and then went for another walk. I just got to 'carry myself' through the day - - with all the things I have to do. Thanks for the comments! Hi back! :)
