Camera museum
Well I am a shutterbug and love taking pics of the places I go and share them. When in Staunton I found out about a camera museum. I was told it is the only museum in the US that is open to the public. The man owns tons of cameras and this collection is only a small portion of what he has. He is looking for a bigger place so he can exhibit them.
There was a camera that was in Hiroshima and it is behind glass cause it is still slightly radioactive, another camera that was on the moon and there is a flash gun that was used as a prop for the light saber in the first 2 Star Wars movies. Also a photo of Lincoln, John Wilkes Booth and Edwin Booth, his brother, who saved Robert Todd Lincoln from a fatal accident.

OMG those old cameras, I've seen pics of them but never saw them live!!! they were SO big and now we have teeney cell phone cameras. What an interesting museum that was, thanks for sharing!
I’m glad you enjoyed your trip to the Camera museum. I don’t understand how you can say it’s the only museum open to the public since most museums are open to the public but I’m just glad you had a good time. I’m glad I never had to use one of those old heavy cameras
