Came back from the doc....
Well, my doc told me to up my Lexapro to 60MG and DONT be afraid to take my xanax. I took 1 mg last night and i actually slept good. I took a half around 10am and i actually feel good! This could change tomorrow but we will see. Thanks all for the support, and hope u all are doing good . Joe

I\'m taking 30 mg lexapro right now, surprised to hear of someone taking 60. I also keep my trusted xanax handy. how is the 60 mg lexapro working. i would be afraid it would make me incredibly numb. but, I could be just afraid of meds. who knows. peace.
